Beginning August 23,2021, we will require a credit card number in order to reserve an appointmenttime. Your credit card will not becharged at the time of booking.
If you must cancelyour appointment, please call us within twohours of your appointment start time. Missed appointments with nonotification are subject to a $50 fee.
Urgent Care FeePolicy
For all urgentconcerns, please call us so that we can direct you accordingly. Wewould like to thank all our clients for your patience and understanding thatemergencies happen. We know your time isvery important and we strive to minimize any wait times.
Please note we do NOT offer 24-hour emergency care.
Scheduled appointmentsare currently booking 1-2 weeks in advance. Patients in need of urgent careare subject to a $30 Urgent Care Fee in addition to the Exam Fee. Pets who are enrolled in a Paw Plan withUnlimited Visits may only be subject to the additional $30 Urgent Fee.
Health and SafetyPolicy
For the safety of allour pets, staff and visitors to the practice, we require that all pets have acurrent rabies vaccination in order to be seen by one of our staff. We also ask that you keep your pet restrainedwhile waiting in our lobby (or while outside) to avoid any discomfort whileinteracting with other animals. Pleasekeep all pets on a leash or in a pet carrier before entering the lobby.
We require fullpayment at the time services are rendered. We accept all major credit cards, cash and personal check. Please note that returned checks are subjectto a $30 fee.
We also accept CareCredit, which offers special financing for services related to healthcare foryour family and your pets.
