Veterinarian
Dr. Veronica Nagel
Dr. Veronica Nagel graduated from North Dakota State University with a bachelor’s degree in Zoology and Anthropology. She became a caregiver at a primate rescue center in Florida, when she slowly realized her passion for medicine and caring for animals. She continued her education at University of Minnesota, where she received a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2014. She has a special interest in preventive medicine and physical therapy. Her favorite part of being a veterinarian is forming relationships with owners and supporting the human-animal bond. Outside of work, Dr. Nagel enjoys exploring the great outdoors, trying new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family – including her Weimaraner, Stout and tortoiseshell cat, Italix.
